what we do

Apprenticeship offers the ability to earn, whilst you learn new skills.

Changing technology are exacerbating existing skilled labor shortages, and creating demand for new workers across the automotive value chain.

what we offer

A few things we’re great at

Some of the things you will learn by undertaking a dual qualification apprenticeship

Why the Need

The automotive industry world-wide is undergoing massive change propelled by increasing demands for reduction of emissions from the burning of fossil fuels. Expect massive changes in automotive manufacturing as well as the skills development and workforce to support EVs and the infrastructure on which they depend.  By 2027, the electric vehicle market is tipped to hit $194.2 billion in North America.

What’s Apprenticeship

An Apprenticeship is a work-based training program aimed at preparing individuals of any age to meet sophisticated talent needs.

Key components of a quality Apprenticeship program include:

• Customized, supervised, and paid on-the-job training.

• Wages graduated in step with skills gained during training

Dual Qualification

Consider a dual qualification where you can learn traditional mechanical skills and electrical technician prowess at the same time. That’s a double qualification—how’s that for becoming even more marketable in the future workforce? Even beyond 2030, there will likely be internal combustion engine cars, hybrids, all-electric vehicles (including battery or fuel cell), so the average mechanical workshop will need staff skilled in all types this decade and the next.
